Please review them carefully before placing an order across Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar.

1. Service Execution & Site Requirements

To ensure thorough, professional cleaning and repair, customers are requested to ensure the following on the service day:

• Electricity & Water Supply: Our commercial wet extraction and rotary machines require uninterrupted access to a standard domestic 220V power socket and running clean water.
• Site Clearance: Customers must remove fragile decorative items, newspapers, and loose valuables from the sofa or furniture surface prior to technician arrival.
• Car Detailing Parking: For doorstep car interior cleaning, the vehicle must be parked in an accessible society parking spot or private driveway with adequate clearance for opening all doors.

2. Pricing, Invoicing & Payments

• Inspection & Visit Charge: A standard inspection visit fee of ₹199 applies across Ahmedabad. If the customer confirms and proceeds with the repair or upholstery job, this ₹199 is fully waived and adjusted against the final bill.
• Travel Charges: Service within Ahmedabad city limits (Satellite, Bopal, CTM, Bodakdev, SG Highway, Maninagar, etc.) is free of travel fees. For outskirt zones within 20–25 km (Gandhinagar, Sanand, Changodar, Dehgam), a standard ₹500 logistics fee applies automatically.
• Post-Service Payment: Full payment is due immediately upon completion of service and inspection via UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), Net Banking, or Cash.
• GST Invoices: Digital GST tax invoices are generated upon request for all residential and corporate clients.

3. Stain Removal & Cleaning Realities

Our specialized enzyme shampoos and commercial extraction machinery remove deep-seated grime, sweat salts, and fresh stains effectively. However:

• Permanent Pigment Damage: Old, oxidized stains (such as permanent ink, bleach, acid burns, chemical dyes, or long-set turmeric) that have permanently altered fabric fibers may only lighten significantly, rather than vanish 100%.
• Fabric Age & Wear: Upholstery that is already frayed, sun-rotted, or structurally weakened before cleaning may show natural wear. Technicians will inform you of pre-existing fiber vulnerabilities during pre-inspection.
• Leatherette Peeling: Peeling rexine/faux leather cannot be repaired with shampooing; such surfaces require re-upholstery.

4. Moisture Extraction & Drying Time

• Our dual-motor commercial extractors recover approximately 95% of moisture on the spot.
• Normal drying time ranges from 90 minutes to 3 hours under high ceiling fan ventilation and open room airflow. Mattresses or heavy wool carpets may take 2 to 4 hours to dry completely.
• Customers are advised not to sit on or cover damp furniture until it is thoroughly dry to prevent mildew.

5. Pure Labour & Material Arrangement

• For re-upholstery and sofa repair services, our prices represent pure labour and making charges unless specifically quoted as an all-inclusive package.
• Customers are free to provide their own chosen fabric, velvet, foam, or replacement parts.
• If My Sofa Care supplies materials upon customer request, material costs are billed at agreed market actuals.

6. Rescheduling & Cancellation Guidelines

• Customers can reschedule or cancel their booking at no penalty up to 2 hours before the scheduled technician departure.
• If our team arrives at your doorstep and the booking is canceled without prior notice, the standard inspection visit charge of ₹199 will apply.

7. Safety & Limitation of Liability

• All My Sofa Care technicians are verified company employees trained in safe cleaning chemistry and courteous service.
• My Sofa Care is not liable for indirect or incidental damages resulting from pre-existing structural defects, concealed termite infestation within sofa wood, or undisclosed fabric color-bleeding.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
